A Flyer performing on the world stage!

IHNSW (State Press) - Congratulations to Blacktown midget Nathan "Stormy" Walker (left in photo) on his recent performance in the Spengler Cup with the HC Vitkovice Steel team.

Nathan has been a member of Blacktown Flyers Ice Hockey Club since he was 7 years old. He travelled to Czech Republic at the age of 13 to pursue his hockey dream, and it now appears that this dream may become a reality.

Since 2007 Nathan has divided his time between playing hockey in the Czech Republic with HC Vitkovice Steel and Australia. Where possible, Nathan always jumped at the opportunity to put his Flyers jersey back on and play as many games as possible with his Flyers team mates.
